Certified Executive Professional in Human Resource (CXP-HR) is an executive-level designation recognizing seasoned HR and people-management professionals who demonstrate strategic HR leadership, professional excellence and ethical practice through experience, prior learning and sustained contribution to the HR profession and their organizations.

The CXP-HR designation recognizes prior learning, executive-level HR competence, strategic people contribution and ethical professional practice rather than classroom-based training alone. It is designed for CHROs, Chief People Officers, HR Directors, Heads of HR, senior HR managers, HR consultants and people leaders operating at decision-making and governance levels.

CXP-HR is not an entry-level or technical HR certification. It is an executive recognition credential that validates professional maturity, credibility and influence in Human Resource Management, while retaining the common CXP philosophy and structure.

The CXP-HR Designation Aims to:

  • Recognize executive-level professional excellence in Human Resource across industries and sectors.
  • Acknowledge prior HR learning, experience and measurable workforce or organizational impact.
  • Establish a comparable executive benchmark for senior HR leadership and professional judgment.
  • Promote ethical people leadership, responsible employment practice and continuous professional development (CPD).
  • Provide organizations with a trusted indicator of senior HR capability, strategic people insight and governance awareness.
